    Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on holding each individual pose for long periods of time, helping the body to soften and relax into each posture, improving flexibility, range of motion, and more.

  • Breathe N' Bend

    Hatha style yoga. Holding poses longer to build strength, centering and turning inward, focusing on breath and movement as we slowly flow from pose to pose. Ending with a short meditation. Beginner friendly.

  • Hatha Vinyasa

    Vinyasa Classes pair breath with movement for a moving meditation. Basic poses are used in a sequence to build strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind.

  • Beginner Yoga

    Beginner yoga is slow paced. Expect an introduction to yoga breathing, sequences, variations of poses, and patient instruction. Come to learn, play, align, and maybe work up a little sweat!

  • Slow Flow

    Flow slowly from one pose to another, giving ourselves time to breathe, notice and feel in each pose, like a moving meditation, listening to our own bodies. Includes poses low to the ground, kneeling poses, and standing poses.

  • Power Yoga

    Ready to sweat? This class pairs breath and movement, quicker than a vinyasa flow- increasing your heart rate and burning calories. In this class you use your own weight and resistance to build muscle and break a sweat.

Hot Classes

  • Hot Vinyasa/ Bikyasa

    BikYasa combines the heat of Bikram style yoga with the flow series of vinyasa for a unique method of moving meditation and relaxation. In the heated practice environment, students are encouraged to go deeper into poses and can avoid injury that comes from non-heated classes. Class not intended for beginners.

    Hot Hatha combines heat with traditional asanas and meditation. Holding poses for longer to allow deep muscle release and mindful movement.

    Chair Yoga is a low/no impact class that invites you to find mobility that is soft and gentle, but also supportive in a chair… adding a short mindful, breathing meditation at the end of class.
